Step 1 - Detailed Brief of Your Valencia Property RequirementsProvide us with as much information as possible, i.e. budget, type of property, house specifications, holiday/investment home or permanent residence, availability to view, etc.. The more detail you can give us the better, as this will ensure we offer only properties that match your requirements. Remember, if we can't find it we'll tell you! Step 2 - Sourcing Your Home in ValenciaOnce we have your information, including availability to view, we begin our search. We contact all relevant real estate agents in Valencia and begin to sift through the available properties for sale. This eliminates any possibility of time-wasting viewings of unsuitable properties. Step 3 - Your Visit to ValenciaOnce you have arrived in Valencia, we will meet with you and one of our team will accompany you on the viewing schedule. This also includes a look around the area. You will not be subjected to a hectic schedule. We will try to fit in with your schedule as far as possible. We believe that viewing houses should be a pleasurable and stress-free experience. We also think that it is vital that our clients get a feel of the surrounding area.
